Bonafide Xchange Client Code
of Conduct

Bonafide Xchange is built to create safer, clearer and more respectful connections between clients and companions.

By using BFX, clients agree to treat companions as independent professionals, respect their time, honour their boundaries, and communicate with honesty and maturity.

This Code of Conduct applies to all client behaviour on and off the platform where it relates to a BFX connection, enquiry or booking.

1. Respect comes first

Companions are people, not products.

Clients must communicate respectfully at all times. Rude, aggressive, degrading, entitled, threatening, manipulative or sexually abusive language will not be tolerated.

A companion choosing not to accept a booking, continue a conversation, offer a service or provide availability is not an invitation to pressure, insult or harass them.

2. Be honest and clear when enquiring

Clients must provide accurate information when making enquiries or booking requests, including:

  • The type of booking requested
  • Preferred time, date and location
  • Expected duration
  • Any relevant preferences or requests
  • Whether the booking is incall, outcall or touring-related
  • Any changes to availability or circumstances

Misleading companions, withholding important information, changing the booking details without agreement, or making false claims may result in account restrictions or removal.

3. Respect boundaries and services offered

Every companion has the right to set their own boundaries, services, screening requirements, rates, deposits, cancellation terms and communication style.

Clients must not pressure companions to provide services they do not offer, negotiate beyond what is respectful, push past stated boundaries, or assume anything is included unless it has been clearly agreed.

"No" means no.
Silence does not mean yes.
A service not listed should never be assumed.

4. Do not waste time

BFX is designed to reduce ghosting, time-wasting and unclear communication.

Clients are expected to respond within agreed timeframes, cancel respectfully if plans change, and avoid sending enquiries they do not genuinely intend to follow through with.

Repeated ghosting, fake enquiries, last-minute disappearing, booking games, or using the platform for attention rather than genuine bookings may lead to account review or removal.

5. Honour agreed payments, deposits, and booking terms

Clients must respect each companion's payment expectations, rates and deposit requirements.

Any agreed deposit, cancellation fee or booking term is between the client and companion. Clients must not attempt to avoid payment, reverse agreed terms unfairly, pressure companions to discount, or dispute costs after knowingly agreeing to them.

Clear financial communication protects both parties.

6. Arrive safe, respectful, and presentable

Clients must arrive to bookings in a respectful, safe and presentable state.

If alcohol or substances are involved, moderation and respectful behaviour are expected. Companions have the right to end or refuse a booking if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, pressured, misled or disrespected.

Unsafe, intoxicated, aggressive, unpredictable or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from BFX.

7. Privacy and discretion are mandatory

Clients must respect the privacy, identity, images, personal information and professional boundaries of all companions.

Clients must not screenshot, record, share, expose, threaten, review maliciously, dox, stalk, blackmail or attempt to identify a companion outside the boundaries of the booking.

This includes sharing private conversations, images, phone numbers, locations, personal details or booking information without consent.

8. Use platform features honestly

BFX features such as profiles, booking requests, response timers, messaging tools, safety features and future review systems must be used honestly and respectfully.

Clients must not create fake accounts, impersonate others, misuse platform tools, submit false reports, manipulate reviews or use BFX to harass, monitor or pressure companions.

9. Respect cancellations and changes

Plans can change, but communication matters.

Clients are expected to cancel as early as possible, follow the companion's cancellation terms, and avoid leaving companions waiting without explanation.

Repeated late cancellations, poor communication or no-shows may affect access to the platform.

10. Zero tolerance behaviour

BFX may restrict or remove clients for behaviour including but not limited to:

  • Harassment, threats or intimidation
  • Boundary pushing or coercion
  • Abuse, discrimination or degrading conduct
  • Stalking, doxxing or privacy breaches
  • Fake bookings or repeated time-wasting
  • Payment manipulation or refusal to honour agreed terms
  • Unsafe behaviour during bookings
  • Misuse of BFX tools or reporting systems

Final reminder

Being a good client is not complicated.

Be honest.
Be respectful.
Be clear.
Respect boundaries.
Do not waste people's time.

BFX exists to raise the standard of connection, communication and respect within the industry. Clients who contribute to that standard are welcome here.
